Rental Contract 2022


RESERVATION:

The booking is validated upon payment of a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the rental (credit card, holiday vouchers, cheque or transfer), the rental contract sent having been duly read and signed (which signifies acceptation of the arrangements and clauses of the general terms of the rental) and our reception of your confirmation by email.
A daily tourist tax of 0.45€ per adult is included in the rental fee.
The balance of the rental must be paid in full one month before your arrival.

CANCELLATION:

Any cancellation must be communicated by email.
If the cancellation is made up to one month before the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be retained by the campsite.
In the case of any cancellation made less than one month before the beginning of the stay, the entire balance of the rental will be charged (except for justified cases accepted by the management).
GOLFO DI SOGNO retains the right to cancel a booking if guests arrive more than 24 hours late, without notifying the campsite beforehand. Should this occur, the full payment shall be retained. In the case of any late arrival or stay terminated early, no discount or refund will be granted.

COVID-19: Should health restrictions prohibit you from travelling during the dates of your stay, we shall refund you the amount paid.

DEPOSIT:

A deposit of 300 € (except for bungalows) will be requested upon arrival and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the lodging is left in satisfactory condition. There may be a deduction if items are damaged or missing, or if the rental property is neglected or insufficiently cared for.

Reception Hours

Low Season: In May, June and September, the reception is open every day from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
High Season: In July and August, the reception is open every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Arrival: Key pick up is from 6:00 PM on / Departure: departure time must be no later than 9:00 AM.
Should you arrive after the reception has closed, the watchman at the main gate will give you your keys. You must subsequently go the reception the following morning for registration.

If you depart before the reception opens, you can return the keys to the watchman.

Arrivals and departures every day between 1 May and 29 July and from 20 August to 30 September are with a minimum of 2 nights.
Arrivals and departures are Saturday to Saturday (or Sunday to Sunday, in the case of the beach bungalows and beach chalets) from 31 July to 19 August.

Inventory: Upon your arrival, you will be given an inventory. You are requested to inform us on the day of arrival (or the following morning if you arrive late at night) of any items that are missing or defective. No complaint will be accepted at departure time if these were not reported at the time of arrival. Any damaged or missing items not reported upon arrival will be charged for.
Should you fail to return the keys before 9:00 AM, you will automatically be charged for an extra night (unless you have made prior arrangements with the reception).
Cleaning: The rented property must be kept clean. If you do not wish to do the cleaning yourself, you have the option of paying an extra 50€ cleaning fee at the end of your stay (dishes must be washed, dried and put away, rubbish bins must be emptied).
Supplies: All rental properties are furnished with pillows, blankets and dishes. You can rent a large bath towel for 5€.
Sheets are supplied without charge for the villas, duplex, and lodgings for 6 people. For other accommodation, you may rent sheets at a cost of 14.00€ (double bed) or 10.00€ (single bed).
Vehicles: a parking space for vehicles is included in your stay. There is an extra charge for trailers.
Animals are strictly forbidden in all the rental properties and on the beach.
The maximum number of guests in a rented property may not be exceeded.

The management will not be held responsible in the case of theft or loss of personal property on the campsite.
